Homes by Gerbus is pleased to announce that Nick Gerbus has joined the team at Homes by Gerbus as the Superintendent for our Custom Home Division. “With a degree in Finance and construction experience, we’re thrilled to have Nick join our team and continue the legacy of our family owned Cincinnati Custom Home Building Company,” said Alan Gerbus, President of Homes by Gerbus. “It’s exciting to see the next generation embrace the company that was started nearly seventy years ago by my father, Walt Gerbus, Sr.,” he added.
Gerbus, who is a recent Finance graduate of Miami University, is a Past President of the Miami University Real Estate Club and former football player for St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati. A self proclaimed Bengals fanatic, Nick enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, perfecting his golf game, and cheering our beloved Bengals on to victory!
