With the neighborhood development work nearly completed and the home plans now finalized for the Monroe, we’ve broken ground on our first home in Martin’s Gate! We’re not sure what we’re most excited about, a beautiful summer day for work, seeing the forms being placed for the foundation walls, or the million dollar views that will be enjoyed from the outdoor (and indoor) living spaces of our CiTiSCAPES® show home!
