Closing and homecoming! What a beautiful day for both the homeowner and the builder. At Homes by Gerbus, custom homebuilding is a family tradition and one that Alan Gerbus, President of Homes by Gerbus, is pleased to share with nephew, Eric Gerbus.
Eric, who is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has been with the family companies (Gerbus Remodeling and Homes by Gerbus) since 2004. The superintendent for our popular Mason custom home community, Vintage Oaks, Eric isn’t afraid to put on his tool belt and get his hands dirty. He recently purchased and remodeled an older home taking it from worn and outdated to new and modern. A sports enthusiast, Eric loves sand volleyball and golf when he’s not building custom homes and helping grow the family business.
