Alan Gerbus, 2019 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and President of Homes by Gerbus, facilitated the groundbreaking for the 2019 HBA Citirama at Springrose Meadows in the City of Springdale.
Citirama®, an urban, single-site new home show produced by a partnership between the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and the City of Cincinnati began in 1996 to act as a catalyst for the stimulation of revitalization of urban communities. That same mission exists today to introduce potential home buyers to the best of urban living Cincinnati has to offer.
This year will mark the 15th year for Citirama®! Developed by Meierjohan Building Group, Springrose Meadows is a development in the City of Springdale in the Princeton City School District. The plan is designed for 50 single family homes and is located at 432 W. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio, 45246. This year’s show will feature 5 different homes and the first ever HBA Demonstration Home!
