Homes by Gerbus is pleased to announce that Alan Gerbus, President of Homes by Gerbus, has been named the chairman of the 2023 Cincinnati Homearama – URBAN EDITION! Marking the 60th Anniversary of the show, this one of a kind neighborhood with million-dollar views of downtown Cincinnati is the perfect way to celebrate the show’s diamond anniversary. Be sure to mark your calendars and save the date for the two-week show, June 10 – 25, 2023 in Martin’s Gate in Newport. A milestone celebration, the 2023 Homearama will feature work by three different home builders with four single family custom homes over $1,000,000 and six semi-custom townhomes starting in the $700s.
Gerbus, who was the 2019 President of the Cincinnati HBA, has a BA in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout his nearly four decades in the Cincinnati home business, Alan has built over 200 homes and four new communities throughout Greater Cincinnati. His company participated in the 2016 HOMEARAMA®.
His involvement with St. John the Baptist Catholic Church has been extensive, including serving on the parish council, as a member of the new church building committee and in a variety of fundraising efforts. He was also active in youth sports for 14 years, as a coach for both football and basketball. Alan and his wife, Mary, have four grown children and one grandson.
Gerbus serves as a director for both the Ohio and National Association of Home Builders. He has also served as chairman of a national Builder 20 Group.
